FormPlane is a Chrome extension from Archpanda that helps users complete web forms. This policy explains what the extension processes, where it is sent, and what choices users have.
Information processed locally
FormPlane stores settings, provider configuration, conversation history, interaction memory, and license settings in the browser’s extension storage. Provider API keys are stored locally in Chrome storage and are used only to make requests to the provider selected by the user. FormPlane does not sell these keys.
FormPlane reads the current page’s DOM, visible labels, controls, and—when the selected model supports it—screenshots in order to choose and verify browser actions. This information is processed in the browser before it is sent to the selected model provider.
BYOK and local-model mode
When the user configures a provider key or local endpoint, FormPlane sends model requests to that provider or endpoint. The provider’s own privacy policy and retention terms apply. Local Ollama requests remain on the user’s configured local network unless the user configures a remote endpoint.
Hosted inference
Hosted inference is optional. When the user enables an active FormPlane plan, the extension sends the page state required for the current agent run to the FormPlane service at cite.archpanda.xyz. The service forwards the request to its configured hosted model provider and returns the model response to the extension.
The hosted service records the license identifier, request timestamps, completion status, agent step count, and token-use totals to enforce the plan allowance, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and measure service cost. Hosted completion counters reset monthly according to the plan. The service does not use submitted form answers or page content to advertise to the user.
Information we do not sell
FormPlane does not sell personal information, page content, credentials, provider API keys, or task history. The extension does not include third-party advertising or behavioral analytics.
Users should avoid running an agent on pages containing information they do not have permission to process. FormPlane does not bypass CAPTCHAs, login walls, or verification checkpoints.
User choices and deletion
Users can delete saved conversations, clear interaction memory, remove provider keys, disable hosted inference, or uninstall FormPlane. Removing the extension deletes its locally stored Chrome extension data. Hosted license and usage records are retained only as needed for billing, quota enforcement, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
